My fax to USPS Inspector Al Dean (based in San Antonio) regarding the attack on Greg Slate. Mr. Dean had called me earlier and said he's been assigned to my case after I filed a formal complaint with the USPS regarding the large stack (over an inch thick) of receipts for items I'd mailed that had somehow disappeared.
