Postal receipt and tracking information for copies of documents I mailed to Kamau. This item may have disappeared in the mail. At the same time that I mailed this, I also mailed a certified letter to the TX DPS/PSB that contained an open records request for copies of any documents of theirs pertaining to our case plus a postal money order that the DPS had requested for copying charges. There were also problems with the mailing of the open record request: when I first checked the tracking, there was no record of the item in the USPS system; then when I complained, the signature card turned up in my mail unsigned and with other irregularities; finally, the documents I eventually received (by fax, since so much of our mail disappears) were incomplete, only partially signed, and had other serious problems.
