Legal notice published in the local paper. The land involved is close to ours, but we were never notified of this other than this public notice. Jimmy Brown, who owned this property, was a very close associate of my ex-husband's who went on vacation trips with him. Brown died suddenly on the same day that one of my children and I saw a city ambulance with its lights flashing parked in front of my ex-husband's office.
